About

projects.com.vn is an independent advisory site about apartment projects across Vietnam. We compile information published by developers, the press and legal documents, write guides on legal checks, deposits and contracts, and send area shortlists on Zalo to anyone who asks.

We are not a developer, we do not set prices, we give no investment or loan advice and we promise no returns. If we are not sure, we do not write it. Feedback: Zalo +84 937 937 555.

How we choose products

Products come from a shared ledger of more than 180,000 Shopee listings. We keep only items that match this site's topic, then rank them with the independent usdxu score: star rating, proven sales, number of reviews, official store status and genuine discounts. We do not take payment to rank a product higher.
